Carbon Neutral Packaging
For a number of years Wraptite has been working to manufacture more sustainable packaging solutions, and we are very proud that EcoWrap pallet wrap is now available as a carbon neutral product.
Unlike standard film, EcoWrap does not increase the carbon footprint of your own products, nor does it add to your customers’ carbon footprint. It can be fully recycled and results in approx. 60% less plastic waste than standard palletwrap.
Throughout the manufacturing process in our Dublin plant every effort is taken to avoid and reduce the carbon we produce. For all unavoidable emissions we have chosen to work with Climate Partners. We contribute to a fossil fuel fade out programme which has an estimated CO2 reduction of approx. 18,500 tonne per annum.
All our carbon neutral pallet wrap is supplied with the relevant certification, and to ensure transparency is labelled with a unique carbon neutral ID number and QR code. These labels can be added to our customers’ own shipments and can be used in their own sustainability messaging.
